Where to Start ? 'i-mark' Health Check Service
The ‘i-mark’ Health Check exercise is designed to be holistic, capturing sufficient data for senior leaders to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their current ICT service. The feedback is designed very much for a non-technical audience, presented in a clear and concise way such that informed management decisions can be made going forward. Information and data is captured across seven key areas, Finance, Safeguarding, Technical, Vision & Strategy, CPD & Training and Quality of user experience. For each of the seven key areas a balanced score card approach is used to provide an Ofsted style rating (Outstanding, Good, Satisfactory & Inadequate) and a benchmark for comparison with other schools. This process is designed to feed into the refreshing of a new vision and the development of a new strategic plan.
